In 2024, Mitchell Harris left his executive corporate role to pursue a bold goal: acquire and operate a business that would allow him to lead with purpose, impact his community, and create long-term freedom in his life. Why ETA
Mitchell’s path to ETA was driven by a desire to have more control over business decisions and to build something that reflected his values. He immersed himself in conferences, literature, and networking, but found the greatest learning in the deals that didn’t work and the relationships he built with attorneys, brokers, and advisors. NMC played a key role in offering insight, resources, and connections throughout his journey.
Ownership in Action
Since acquiring Vertex, Mitchell has focused on building relationships with his team, the former owner, and clients. He’s jumped in headfirst to learn the industry and uncover new growth opportunities. In just a few months, the team has signed several contract extensions and expanded its service areas, laying the groundwork for long-term success.
